The party package explained

You may have seen our party package advertised. But do you need to understand more about how it actually functions on the day? If so, allow us to explain in more detail.

Your group should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the agreed time. Coats and shoes can be stored in a locker.

Birthday presents can be left in the “Chill lounge” to be given later. The lounge will remain completely private for the duration of the visit. The chill lounge will be decorated by us in advance. Any parents or non-players can relax in this room during the party. 

If not already decided. We will have a short discussion to decide upon the game to be played. We can recommend something based on the groups experiance, skill level, age and interests.

A short safety briefing is given and an explanation of how to use the headset and controls.

The main game begins and it will usually last around 1 hour. If completed earlier, then another shorter game can be started to complete the full hour.

The food will then be served and the children can choose a softdrink. Some chips are also provided.

After around 20 minutes, we will start with the “free Roaming” game. Depending upon the group size, the group might be separated into two teams. This game takes place in the free roaming arena. The team which is not taking part is able to watch on the television in the “Chill lounge”. This game will last around 15 minutes. The second group will start immediately afterwards.

Afterwards the birthday child can receive the presents their friends have brought them.

The birthday cake will then be served, and Happy Birthday sung!

A group photograph can be taken against our selfie wall as a memory of the special day! 

The party usually lasts between 2 hours and 2 and a half hours.

We will take care of everything so you have no stress and cleaning up to do!
