Virtual Reality is the use of computer technology to enter a simulated digital environment. Instead of viewing a screen, you will be provided with VR goggles and controllers, to interact within a 3D world. From there you will be completely immersed in another dimensional world where fantasy meets reality.
We offer both single and multiplayer virtual reality arcade and escape room experiences. Depending upon the experience you choose you can interact with other members of your group to participate in escape rooms or other adventure games.
Thanks to our partners, we offer experiences that cannot be imitated at home.
Most of our games and experiences are offered in multiple languages. Although in most instances the language is not relevant.
But please contact us, and we will be happy to advise you on whether the experience you are interested in supports your preferred language.
At least one member of your group should be able to speak basic German or English in order to translate the safety briefing and instructions to the rest of the group.
We understand you could be late due to circumstances out of your control. In which case please inform us.
However our sessions are booked to follow on from each other, so it is important you arrive on time. Otherwise it could impact on our next customers.
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early to get a head start on the check-in, safety briefing, and suit-up process. We will start the safety briefing on time. Due to strict time constraints, if the Game Master has started the suit-up process by the time you arrive for your session, we cannot allow you to join.
If you arrive late, you will not receive a credit or refund (just like a cinema or theatre, we provide a timed live performance).

Our rooms are located on the first floor, and you must contact us in advance to gain access. We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes before your session begins.

There is limited paid street parking at the location. Maximum stay is 3 hours. There is a larger car park at the Ice rink / Swimming pool, just a few minutes walk.
When you contact us in advance we can arrange 1 free parking place on our site.
We recommend that you wear contacts, as depending on the size and profile, glasses can be a little uncomfortable with the headset. Again, you may want to come in-store to try on the equipment before your booking time and date to avoid disappointment.
We recommend you wear light, comfortable clothing for ease of movements as well as minimal makeup as it can smear on the lenses and impact your experience.
You will be required to remove your footwear so please bring socks for comfort.
Hats cannot be worn during the experience.
If you wear a religious head covering the headsets can be adjusted to fit although there is a limit to this so you may want to come in-store to try on the equipment before your booking time and date to avoid disappointment.
We also have free lockers to keep all your valuables safe whilst participating.
One of our rooms has an adjoining balcony and your dog may watch you from outside (if they promise not to make too much noise). Please contact us in advance to check the availability of that room.
We offer a selection of snacks and drinks to keep you refreshed during your visit and therefore, like any other restaurant, we do not allow the consumption of your own items.
We have a comfortable lounge, with free Wifi and offer a selection of snacks, as well as warm and cold drinks to keep you refreshed during your visit. Non-players are welcome to stay and watch the others on the monitors, sharing in the experience.
